We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPlay, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 6 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our Services or other means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
